Management
We offer “Municipal Administration in a Box.” Whatever it takes to manage and operate a local government, we do it.
For example, in one New Hampshire city, MRI simultaneously provided the following services:
- An Interim City Manager for more than two years
- Recruitment services to fill the City Manager position on a permanent basis
- An Interim Airport Manager (The MRI Interim Airport Manager also served as the City's Public Works Director a few years before this more recent assignment)
- Recruitment services to fill the Airport Manager position on a permanent basis
- Replaced the entire full-time professional assessing staff on an interim contract basis
- A long term, part-time HR Director.
