Management - Collective Bargaining
Collective bargaining with public employees is very different than with their private sector counterparts. There are different sets of laws and rules for each sector. We do not provide legal advice, but MRI has experienced public sector negotiators to assist your administration whether you are negotiating an initial contract or a successor agreement.
Our Senior Associates and Affiliates have sat at the bargaining table with unaffiliated and affiliated bargaining units including: AFSCME, SEIU, Teamsters, IAFF, and IBPO.
