MRI understands the strain and pressure on communities to review complex land development proposals in a complete and consistent fashion. Often, communities are struggling to understand where the regulations, ordinances, RSA, and good development meet and what are realistic options and decisions the board can make to assure the development is in compliance with the town and state laws.
MRI has the expertise and capacity to work with communities to provide on-call site plan review and subdivision review evaluation. We will evaluate the proposals for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This will be captured in a succinct report which will provide the board with a clear evaluation of the proposal, decisions the board must make, and recommendations to consider.
In addition, NH RSA 676:4,I,g allows for the board to impose an administrative fee upon the applicant to cover these costs.
